- 3 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo Tradicional
- 1 oz orange juice
- Blakberry and strawberry syrup (fruit in large pieces)
In a pan with a bit of water, caramelize the blackberries and strawberries with sugar for 3 minutes approximately. Serve the mixture as a base in a balloon glass and put ice on top, add the orange juice, 3 oz of Aguardiente Jubilo and a push of soda. Garnish with a slice of orange.
